1. Web Hosting & Cloud Hosting
We want you to be completely satisfied with your hosting environment.
Web Hosting (Shared & Dedicated): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel within the first 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund of the hosting fees.
Cloud Hosting (Pay-as-you-go or Tiered): Because cloud hosting involves dynamically allocated resources, refunds are limited to the first 14 days of service. Any refund issued will be calculated minus the cost of the computing resources, bandwidth, and storage actually consumed during that period.
Exclusions: Account add-ons, dedicated IP addresses, custom software licenses (e.g., cPanel), and setup fees are strictly non-refundable.
2. Email Services
Professional email hosting plans are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of the initial subscription date.
If your email service was bundled with a free domain name, the standard registration fee for that domain will be deducted from your refund amount. You will retain ownership of the domain name.
We cannot issue refunds for email accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., sending spam or malicious attachments).
3. Security Audits & Consulting
Due to the labor-intensive and customized nature of security auditing, penetration testing, and compliance evaluations, these services follow strict refund guidelines:
Pre-Commencement: If you cancel a scheduled security audit before any reconnaissance, scanning, or consulting work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Post-Commencement: Once our engineers have initiated the audit process (including automated scans, manual testing, or architecture reviews), the service is 100% non-refundable.
Deliverables: You will receive a complete report detailing all findings up to the point of cancellation, regardless of when the service is terminated.
4. Ongoing Security Services
For continuous security services (such as managed firewalls, active monitoring, or incident response retainers):
These services are billed on a month-to-month or annual basis.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Refunds for annual commitments will be pro-rated based on the remaining full, unused months of the contract. The utilized months will be recalculated at the standard, non-discounted monthly rate.
5. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions
The following items and scenarios are exempt from any refunds:
Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals.
Third-Party SSL Certificates.
Custom Development and Setup Fees.
Accounts terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., hosting illegal content, launching DDoS attacks).
Renewals of existing services (refund policies apply to the initial purchase only).
Important Notice Regarding Data: If you request a cancellation and refund, all associated data, configurations, and files stored on our servers will be permanently deleted upon the processing of your request. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have complete backups of your data before initiating a cancellation.
